Terms and Conditions
We require acceptance of the following terms and conditions before making a booking in order for our service and customer visit to proceed as expected.
The reservation is made by contacting Tervasen Lomamökit directly or by booking the villa via our reservation calendar on our website.
Tervasen Lomamökit will confirm the reservation by a separate e-mail and possibly request additional information from the customer.
Booking payment methods
Once the reservation has been confirmed, Tervasen Lomamökit will send you an invoice for your reservation. The invoice will include the full amount of the reservation, including selected additional services such as bed linen and towels. Payment of the invoice before arrival is a condition for the validity of the villa reservation, unless otherwise agreed. Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to cancel a reservation made by the customer if the advance payment has not been made as agreed.
The cancellation of a reservation
Villa and cottage bookings have a two-week cancellation policy. This means that the booking must be canceled at least 14 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the date of arrival, Tervasen Lomamökit will refund any prepayment to the customer by bank transfer.
If the cancellation is made 13-0 days before arrival, Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to charge the customer 50% of the booking amount.
Failure to arrive is not the same as cancellation. If the customer does not arrive, Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.
The villas / cottages are available 16:00 (4pm) on the day of arrival and must be vacated 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.

In the event of an illness, please send us an official medical certificate.
Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to cancel the reservation for compelling reasons. due to force majeure (Tervasen Lomamökit is unable to provide the services it has promised, eg due to a strike, fire, water damage, natural disaster, war, etc., which makes operational capacity more difficult).
Customer duties and responsibilities
Guests must comply with our rules, instructions and official regulations during the visit. The customer is responsible for any damage he/she causes to the villa, cottage or third parties. The customer is obliged to compensate for damages, such as damage to furniture, stolen goods and other damage caused intentionally.
The customer is obliged to compensate for the cleaning of an over-dirty villa or cottage. If the villa or cottage is left in a significantly uncleaned condition, we will charge the customer for the cleaning costs, insofar as they exceed the normal costs. All remarks related to the condition or equipment of the villa or cottage must be made immediately on the day of arrival, so that Tervasen Lomamökit can correct any errors. Tervasen Lomamökit is not obligated to compensate the customer for errors that have been pointed out afterwards. Tervasen Lomamökit is not liable for customers clothed etc. left in the cottage or villa.
We recommend travel insurance for all our customers for possible exceptional situations and cases.
Tervasen Lomamökit has no obligation to accept cancellation at no cost, eg on the basis of a medical certificate or the like.
Other terms and conditions
For compelling reasons, Tervasen Lomamökit reserves the right to transfer the reservation to another accommodation of at least the same level after consulting the customer. Tervanen Lomamökit will reimburse the customer for the direct costs of the transfer.
Reservations can not be transferred to the name of a third party without the consent of Tervasen Lomamökit. If the booking is transferred to a third party in the name Tervasen Lomamökit cottages consent, we reserve the right price – and the booking condition changes. For cancellations that have not been made in accordance with the terms and conditions, Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to receive compensation for the Accommodation Price in full for unsold accommodation capacity. If there are changes in the confirmed number of people later than in accordance with the above conditions, Tervasen Lomamökit has the right to charge the customer for the costs caused by the reduction of the event (eg any personnel costs already incurred, lost sales of accommodation or program services). If necessary, we will negotiate payment terms and cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis.
